Returning an item

Wyzman.com offers only quality products; that is why we are confidant that you will be satisfied with the purchases that you have made at our site. However, we are aware that sometimes, for different reasons, you would like to return some items. Our priority is to make the procedure as simple as possible.

If you are unsatisfied with an unused item, we will take back the said item within the following 30 days after the date you purchased it. Due to the intimate nature of underwear, state health regulations prevent us from accepting a worn product for return or exchange. Only un-worn garments in their original packaging (including hang tags) can be returned. We will refund the price of the item including taxes. Just return the item in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable except if we have sent you a wrong or defective item.

Exchange

New merchandise may be exchanged for different sizes or styles within 30 days of your receipt. Tags must still be attached, and the merchandise must be in new saleable condition. Inventory cannot be guaranteed to be available. We may, at our discretion, substitute a similar style or issue a refund in place of an exchange. Exchanges may be subject to a re-shipment charges to cover postage costs.

If you wish to return an item that was sent by mistake or is defective, send an e-mail to custserv@wyzman.com. Indicate the nature of the error and your availability to retrieve the item. Please note that you must contact us before returning or exchanging an item. We will give you an authorization number.
