What are the delivery costs and taxes on the purchases?

The shipping rates are based on the value of the shipment. Orders up to $200 get shipped via Airmail (Local and International orders), and orders over $200 get shipped via Xpresspost (Canada and US). :

Up to $15 : $3.90
$15.01 to $25 : $4.50
$25.01 to $75 : $5.00
Over $75 : $6.00

We ship most orders within 48 hours of their receipt, in some cases we may not be able to (if for example we are temporarily out of stock of the item ordered or most of the items ordered). If we are unable to ship within 30 days of your order you will be contacted by email advising of the delay and seeking either your consent to the delay or your wish to cancel the order. A typical purchase delivered by AirMail transportation will take between 10 to 21 business days to reach its destination (this is an average considering that we ship worldwide. North American clients will receive their order sooner than the average). With Xpresspost, it takes approximatelly 5 to 8 business days.


How long will my delivery take?

The time of delivery depends on the destination of delivery. A typical purchase delivered by ground transportation will take between 10 to 14 business days to reach its destination.


What are Wyzman.com return policies?

Wyzman.com offers only quality products; that is why we are confidant that you will be satisfied with the purchases that you have made at our site. However, we are aware that sometimes, for different reasons, you would like to return some items. Our priority is to make the procedure as simple as possible.

If you are unsatisfied with an unused item, we will take back the said item within the following 30 days after the date you received it. Due to the intimate nature of underwear, state health regulations prevent us from accepting a worn product for return or exchange. Only un-worn garments in their original packaging (including hang tags) can be returned. We will refund the price of the item including taxes. Just return the item in its original condition with USPS. Shipping charges are not refundable except if we have sent you a wrong or defective item.


What types of links should I expect to see on your site?

Wyzman.com may contain certain links to other sites for which it has no control. These sites have their own confidentiality policies which you should inquire about before visiting them. Wyzman.com is not responsible for the links with other web sites and only offers access to those sites for additional information.
